With integrations with 250+ PSPs and support for 135 currencies, we provide a global and scalable payment infrastructure to businesses of all sizes. Our mission is to eliminate the headaches related to online payments, allowing businesses to focus on what they do, increase their revenue, and shrink their costs. We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Business Development Manager who will be responsible for all new partnerships with and sales to new merchants in the travel industry. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, and use their own initiative. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded active and ambitious colleagues to achieve our company vision.

Job Duties

Main duties and responsibilities

As a Travel Business Dev Manager (B2B Sales to Travel Sector), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with businesses in the travel sector. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

● Identifying and researching potential clients in the travel sector

● Developing and maintaining client relationships

● Coordinating with decision makers to develop ad-hoc proposals for their business

● Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating with stakeholders

● Liaising with the projects team to ensure contracts are executed as agreed

● Gathering useful information from customers, including competitors’ data

● Creating and delivering presentations to both prospective clients and internal executives

 

Job Requirements

Must-have Skills and Qualifications

● At least 1 year experience with an on-line travel retailer (e.g. booking.com, hotels.com) or other e-commerce business

● Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

● Fluent in English

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Working experience with sales techniques

● Proven ability to plan and manage resources


Preferred Skills and Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in business or management

● Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

● Ability to deliver presentations
