Head of eCommerce

Job description

Our client, is an eCommerce site established internationally for over 18 years. They are the market leader in their field. We are seeking to recruit a Head of eCommerce to be based in their offices in Limassol to manage, develop and expand the existing team. 

Job Duties

• Lead all aspects of e-commerce business and ensure strong execution across acquisition & retention performance marketing, site performance & design, onsite marketing, email marketing, SEO, and promotional campaigns to hit revenue growth target
• Develop and operate a global online sales capability for company products
• Further develop the digital experience
• P&L responsibility
• Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business.
• Drive cultural change across the business to embrace opportunities from digital customer experience
• Work closely with team to build out a strategic roadmap for digital marketing and website optimization to continuously drive CRO
• Devise and develop a growth strategy for the business

Job Requirements

•  Top tier eCommerce experience within a fast paced dynamic organisation.
•  Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects.
•  At least 5 years of experience of relevant experience in ecommerce management and marketing
•  Entrepreneurial spirit
•  Track record of managing P&Ls
•  Have great commercial acumen, constantly looking to challenge ways of working and processes to achieve improved and increased performance
•  Have experience of delivering on a strategy at a global level
•  Be a strong communicator, able to explain complex issues in simplistic and understandable terms

Job Benefits

    Annual Gross Salary in the region of €60,000, plus performance-related bonus
