Job description

For an Audit Firm in Limassol we are looking for an Office Administrator / PA to the COO.


Job Duties

  • Provide timely and efficient administrative assistance to the Chief Operating Officer
  • Answers and transfers of incoming calls and takes messages for the Management
  • Undertakes daily general office duties such as administration work of local and foreign companies
  • Preparation, review and execution of various corporate administration services and documents of the companies such as Agreements, M&As, Resolutions, POAs etc.
  • Manage files and filing paperwork accurately
  • Typing and copying documents
  • Covering the reception area and welcome guests on demand of the COO
  • Liaising with Associate and Clients
  • Scheduling appointments and managing email of COO
  • Responsible for the travel bookings, hotel accommodation of the COO
  • Other day-to-day general administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • Relevant College or University Degree in the subject field (Secretarial Studies or Office Management)
  • At least 3 years previous experience in similar role preferably in a Cyprus based Audit firm
  • Excellent in Greek and English languages both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Fast thinker, enthusiastic person with good organisational abilities
  • Team player and able to work under pressure sometimes doing multiple tasks
  • Friendly and polite personality in tough situations
  • Knowledge of Russian language would be considered as an advantage
  • Available to work from home, Telegram, Whatsapp and Viber

Flexible working hours (negotiable) and Friday afternoons of (38 hours in total)
