Corporate Lawyer (VAC-A21008M)

Job description

Our client is a well-established Corporate Services Firm based in Limassol and they are looking to employ a responsible Corporate Lawyer.

Job Duties

Responsible for all legal related matters (review ,drafting of all sorts of agreements and legal documents, POA ) as well as corporate administration (i.e day to day client requests and completion/follow up of orders/requests).

The position will also include the keeping of the AML files and all related administrative records for the client group/company they will handle,

Direct contact with the clients

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years previous experience in the corporate field (as a lawyer?)
• responsible person
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Russian skills are a big plus
• Knowledge of ebos is preferred
• E-Filing registration knowledge to the Cyprus Registrar will be considered an advantage.

Job Benefits

The company is offering a salary of up to 1,500 Euros gross plus benefits plus 13th salary

The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am - 5pm and on Friday from 9am to 2pm.
