Job description

Our client is an international business consultancy providing Payroll and HR services to both local and international clients based in Cyprus.

They are now looking to employ a person to fill the role of Payroll/Accounts/HR Administrator to be based at their offices here in Limassol.


Job Duties

  • Monthly preparation of payroll analysis and setting up payroll records
  • Registration of employees to the Social Insurance Department, Income Tax Office and Immigration Office
  • Preparation of employment contracts under Cyprus Employment Law
  • Monthly arrangement for Payment of Social Insurance
  • Monthly arrangement for payment of Income Tax of the employees (PAYEE)
  • Maintain vacation and sick leave information and generated reports per employee.
  • Consulting for Social Insurance and Labour Department issues
  • Day to day accounting/bookkeeping as well as monthly management reporting including, managing daily accounting tasks, post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded, update accounts receivable and issue invoices, perform bank reconciliations

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in payroll and accounting administration
  • Previous experience in HR Administration/Recruitment
  • Experience in Bookkeeping would be an advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must
  • The working hours will be Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm.
