Looking to hire experienced Spanish and German speaking Retention Agents.

The right individuals must be experts in the forex field with advanced sales skills and market knowledge. They must have at least 2 plus years experience in the same role.

Job Duties

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication
• Assisting clients with queries
• Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner
• Regularly reporting to the management
• Achieving key performance indicators and target

Job Requirements

• Excellent Knowledge of Spanish and or German and English
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Ambitious, persuasive and highly self-motivated
