Quantity Surveyor (VAC-A21024M)

Job description

Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Cyprus, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Quantity Surveyor for their office in Limassol.

Job Duties

• Preparation of tender packages
• Tendering procedure and evaluation
• Gather and analyze data to estimate the amount of money, time, materials, and labor required to complete a construction project
• Preparing and presenting extra works cost reports for the Project Managers
• Collaborating with Site Managers / Project Managers
• Using computer software to calculate cost estimates
• Consult with subcontractors, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction managers to discuss and formulate estimates

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Fluent English and Greek skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• EU-citizenship

The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30 with lunch break 13:00-14:00
