Job description

Job Duties

• Answer and transfer incoming calls and take messages for absentee staff or the Management.

• Ensure the smooth running of the reception area.

• Schedule appointments and is responsible for the calendar meetings of the Senior Management

• Handling correspondence and the Registers of Documents

• Undertake general office duties including filing, receiving / sending parcels and letters, arranges for purchases and replenishment of office material, coffee and drinks and any other items as to be required by the cleaning staff (for Nicosia and Limassol office)

• Take care of visas and immigration clearance for the expatriate employees as to be required.

• Responsible for the travel bookings, transfers and any Hotel accommodation arrangements for the Director and any visitors as to be required.

• Other projects/duties as to be assigned by the Director.


Job Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in business administration, secretarial studies or office Management.

• Fluent in Greek and English languages, both verbal and written

• Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Team-player and able to work under pressure.

• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly and polite personality
