Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire an English-speaking Retention Officer. Their approach is customer service oriented (so no aggressive retention style).

Job Requirements

• University or College degree in any field
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a big advantage)
• At least 1,5 - 2 years' experience within a similar role within the FX industry is a must
• Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills
• The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines
• The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
• Able to work on own initiative and a good team player
• High level of self-motivation
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good time management
• EU working Permit
• Ideally hold the CySEC licence
