Job description
Our client, a financial services company, is looking to recruit a young and energetic person for the position of HR / Recruitment Administrator for an Internship role in Limassol.
Job Duties
• Assist with job descriptions drafting and person specifications
• Data entry in the relevant HR software
• Ensure recruitment and selection procedures are in place and applied
• Source and recruit candidates by using recruitment database
• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
Job Requirements
Profile:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ postgraduate degree in Human Resources would be an advantage
• Fluent in Greek and English languages
• Previous experience would be an advantage
• Energetic individual with good organisational skills
• Internship role- suitable for graduates who seek to gain valuable work experience
