A growing Financial Services provider to Forex Brokers and Financial Institutions, is seeking to recruit a PA/Office Administrator for their offices based in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a Personal Assistant and Office Administrator role. This is a good opportunity for someone who is trustworthy and organised!
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise meetings
- Maintain a schedule for executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations or other documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including contracts
- Manage accounts with international courier services
- Receive incoming phone calls and take messages
- Greet guests, business partners, and executives onsite in Limassol
- Cooperate with various sections of the company
- Manage front desk work
- Execute tasks given by your superior
- Maintain office supplies (hardware, office tools, food, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in a PA and Office Administrator role
- Fluent in English and Greek is a must
- Additional languages will be an advantage
- Active driver's license
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Great manners
- Analytical mind
- Hard-working attitude
- Great proficiency in MS Office
- Great work organisation
- Ability to maintain discretion when working with confidential information
