Job Description

Our company is looking for active, reliable, hardworking office manager to join our team in Limassol!

Our office Working hours are from 10 am until 7 pm with 1 hour lunch brake

The job duties will include:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations 
  • Meeting company's guests, organising meeting rooms
  • Managing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally
  • Arranging the filing system, supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Purchasing of office supplies, stationary, snacks, furniture and office equipment
  • Arranging transport tickets and accommodation for team members 
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Work permit is required
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Fluent level in English is a must, Russian and Greek will be as advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
  • Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
  • Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
