This International Corporate Services Company in Nicosia is looking for an experienced Corporate Administrator / PA.
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to director
Responsibilities Corporate Administrator:
Handling a portfolio of clients with their corporate administration affairs
Preparing corporate documents including minutes, resolutions, agreements, trust deeds, declarations of trusts and related trust documents
Reviewing of agreements
Registrar of Companies forms
Opening bank accounts on behalf of our clients and liaison with various banks to meet customer needs
Skills and Experience required:
At least 1 years experience as a Corporate Administrator and 2 years as a PA
Fluency in Russian and English (Greek is an advantage)
EU- citizen / work permit
The working hours are from 8am till 5pm or from 9am till 6pm.
The company is offering a salary dependent on skills and experience plus 13th salary
