We're a fast growing internet start-up busy building the Uk's top online marketplace for artisan food & drink. We champion and make accessible some of the most remarkable, all natural food and drink being produced in the UK. We feature more than 600 independant food businesses who sell their products on our site (our "sellers") and see more than 100k people using the website each month to shop (our "buyers").
We're a small, energetic team mostly based in Nicosia but our business is fully focused on the UK market.
This role is to be the only person responsible for helping our buyers and sellers - answering their questions by email, via live chat and also making and receiving calls when needed. As the frontline for our business interacting with our customers you will also have a key role in identifying issues and opportunities for us to address as a business and sharing those insights with the rest of the team. In this role you will also be responsible for helping get our sellers prepared for major campaigns like Christmas.

(Previous customer service experience is not essential).
