Our client, a CMA licensed forex company, is looking to hire an Arabic Speaking Customer service Team Lead to manage the Customer Service team. The company does not need a CySEC license as they are not dealing with the European market, only with the Arabic market.
Experience as a team lead or many year experience in a Customer Service role
Customer service oriented
Fluent Arabic- Writing and Speaking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to prioritize and work under pressure
Demonstrate aptitude for problem, ability to determine solutions for customers with their needs
High work ethics
The ability to work independently and solve problems
Work permit/ EU citizenship
