Job Description

The Role
Acting as the office secretary, provide general secretarial and administrative support to STA’s office, assisting in the efficient operation and smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide front desk cover for the Company as required, including acting as initial point of contact for visitors, guests, suppliers and telephone contacts
- Provide high level of administrative support to staff, including arranging appointments, taking messages, typing/word processing, filing, preparing letters, presentations and reports and organizing meetings
- Assist with general office routines and undertake specific projects as required from time to time

Required Qualifications

Qualifications -Secretarial Studies or other relevant qualification

Languages - Fluency in Greek, English and Russian, written and oral

Experience - Solid administrative experience working in a corporate environment

Technical Skills -Advanced working knowledge of, and skill in, standard software applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Non-Technical Skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Organizational skills - Adaptability
