Responsibilities:
Manage the Compliance and AML function
Responding to Compliance enquiries
Review all Company's policies and procedures to be in line CySEC requirements
Review Company website content
Monitor legal and regulatory developments & assessing their impact
Review company's marketing/promotional material advising on amendments needed
Maintain the accuracy of compliance records, tests and training material
Provide training to employees
Review and draft contracts, BoD minutes, resolutions, terms and conditions and other legal documents
Requirements:
Degree holder in Law, Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
Holder of CySEC Certificate is a must
Holder of AML Certificate or scheduled for the exam
At least 3 years of experience in a previous Compliance role within a CIF
Excellent knowledge of rules and regulations of CySEC, MIFID II
Fluent in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High attention to detail
Cyprus permanently based.
