Finance Executive

Our client, ranked #1 in digital payment processing software since 2009 and a leader in digital wallet software since has a new opening in Nicosia up-for-grabs for the lucky candidate!

Job brief:

As a Paysite Manager, you will contribute to the company and the team’s success by managing all the paysites and their members, managing relations with partners and manage media diffusion. In this role, you should be well-organised, you’ll have experience with systems like HasOffers, NATS, Elevated X and billing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

– Finance:

  • Do the follow-ups on the technical configurations of the products and ensure their Book keeping and accounting transactions recording
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of Bank and Suppliers’ statements with accounting records
  • Reconcile balances with other group companies on a quarterly basis
  • Preparation of Management Accounts and MIS monthly reports
  • Preparation of VAT and VIES reporting
  • Participate in the budget process, providing information on the budgets and forecasting
  • Prepare documents for the auditors and liaise with them to perform the audit in the most
  • efficient way

– Administration:

  • Issue invoices to other companies of the group
  • Maintain invoice analysis reports
  • Maintain the filing system
Required Qualifications

About you:

  • Hands on experience with spreadsheets, Word, Outlook and computerized accounting software. Any knowledge in SAP system will be consider as advantage.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Good organizational skills used in planning own work
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Analytical ability
  • Problem solving skills


  • Degree in finance or accounting or LCCI Higher level in accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience working within finance department
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
