This Group of Companies in Limassol is looking for a Construction Assistant Manager who will be responsible for planning, directing, co-ordinate and organise the various projects under the Directions of a Senior Construction Manager.
Plan, direct, co-ordinate and organise the various Projects from the conceptual design development stage to the final construction stage.
Dealing with the Authorities regarding projects’ permits and approvals.
Preparing terms of Agreements, draft Contracts and obtain permits and licences.
Handling Projects correspondence
Dealing with tender Procedures.
Review the projects in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
communicate with Project consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers when needed.
Preparation of Budget Reports.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field – up to 3 years of experience
Excellent Communication and organizational skills
excellent knowledge of the English Language
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
Very good knowledge of AutoCad
Good knowledge of Microsoft Project program will be considered as an advantage
The company is offering a salary of 1,300-1,500 Euros gross X 13 months
The working hours are 8:30 – 18:00 17:30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 8:30 -14:30
