Our client is a leading Fintech company focusing on providing cutting-edge liquidity aggregation, order routing and execution, ultra-low-latency connectivity, institutional grade hosting solutions and MT4/MT5 Bridging and White Label solutions.

Due to our expansion, they are hiring for Level-1 Technical Support Agents, for their offices in Cyprus. This is an entry-level position (no university degree required), reporting to the Technical Support Team Leads. The post-holder will be responsible for assisting the companys customer base, providing Technical Support and basic troubleshooting of their key products and services, using information available in our knowledge base and Help Center.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client requests via online chat, email and phone for the company s products and services.
  • Create a positive customer support experience, by handling requests in a timely manner while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Resolve or escalate any issues reported by clients, highlighted by monitoring system alerts or discovered during checks, in a quick and efficient manner
  • Follow the processes and procedures of the Level-1 Department
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s offering and forthcoming releases

Requirements

  • Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts with ease, based on the available training material
  • Well written and spoken English
  • Customer-oriented, able to communicate efficiently with clients
  • Ability to handle daily workload with minimal supervision
