Our client a dynamic Cyber security/software development company based in Limassol are recruiting a Junior Support Engineer .
We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer eager to learn and evolve within the company.
You will be our customers point of contact and you will be constantly talking with them to assist with any issues they might have using both verbal and written methods.
If you can explain technical details simply and enjoy helping others to resolve issues, we would like to meet you.
Take ownership of customer issues reported and follow up to resolution
Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner to the appropriate department
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Document technical knowledge in the form of knowledge base articles
Report bugs and log issues
Be available for support issues and emergencies
Some travelling might be required
BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant experience
Basic Network knowledge
Basic Windows / Linux knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies will be considered a plus
Second languages are also a plus (excluding English/Greek)
