StaffMatters is working with a leading international online gaming and sports betting company that are in the process of expanding their operations to Cyprus. With over 500 staff and established in 1998, Cyprus is their latest addition to their network of offices.
They are looking to hire a team of 7 – 8 experienced Call Center Operators to be based at their offices in Limassol.
The position will be responsible for:
Handle customer inquiries via Digital Service Channels: Call Center, Chat, Email, Social Media
Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns
Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately
Verify any kind of information related to subscribers
Follow high security level of customer data confidentiality
Follow company standards in customer service
Proper knowledge of Company products/ services/promotions/standards.
The ideal candidates will be/have:
Fluency in English and Greek with Russian an advantage
Previous customer service experience would be an advantage
Adaptive to changes
The working hours will be between 09:00 – 02:00am (8 hour shifts) including some weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
The Company is offering a competitive salary of 1600 Euros gross per month based on experience plus company benefits.
