GRS are working closely with an international entertainment company in Paphos who are currently searching for a German speaking Customer Co-ordinator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing necessary arrangements for clients and supporting the team with inbound enquiries.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advice and support for customer concerns
- Reservation control for customer
- Deal with inbound inquiries and customer appointments via SMS, telephone and email
- Process customer concerns in the CRM program
- Support in the travel planning
- Control and confirmation of payments
- Clear and confident telephone manner with previous customer support experience
- Fluent spoken and written German and English
- Excellent PC skills
- Flexible with work hours- May include evening and weekends
- A friendly and open demeanour
