An innovative service provider specialized in providing tailor-made solutions to the iGaming industry is seeking to hire 2 additional French Speaking Customer Support Representatives for the Support Department
Only French speaking candidates already living in Cyprus will be considered (No applications from abroad)
Starting date 21st May 2020
Fixed contract for 6 months
Salary – The gross salary for the 6 months period is 9,500 with a bonus of 500 (based on criteria) once the 6th month is successfully reached.
Working hours: 10am – 7pm , 5 days on and 2 day off from Monday to Sunday
The agent will advise the players which documents has to provide following Fraud and Payment requests (E-commerce Department). The communication will be done to the players by e-mail only.
Day to day responsibilities:
Performing the due diligence on players, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification from our payment team
Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties
Maintain continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated
Extra tasks upon request
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
What is expected from you:
Passion for Customer Service
Solid writing and communication skills (in French & English)
Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments
Good Excel skills
Salary:9500 Euros gross for the 6 month contract
