Our client is a fully licensed company in the Trading and Investments industry and they are looking to recruit a Back Office Manager with good leadership skills to Head up the Back Office.

Train new employees, providing all the necessary tools and knowledge to operate on his own.
reports to management, on issues affecting the activity of the company, reports in general of the company's activities and numbers, reports on crucial matters and urgent cases.

Backoffice Manager is required to:
Execute as per company internal operations and tasks, manual due diligence and Know Your Client procedures to verify client identification;
Assist and coordinate with sales/retention/support teams of the company's client.
Maintain records in relation to clients' transactions;
Amend existing Clients and their representatives for any issue/query.
Preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly
Process all types of transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers in liaison with Company's regulations and policies
Respond to client requests and inquiries related to their funding activity or documents required via email
Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and updated in the Company's software
Conduct on-going monitoring for high risk clients
Assist internally all departments with any issues related to account opening procedure
Duties and responsibilities may from time to time change and be reasonably determined by the Board of Directors.
Experience of at least 1 Year in Backoffice Managing position + Experience in Computers and online systems
Bachelor degree with basic skills in Mathematics and Microsoft Office
Starting salary 2500 Euros gross monthly

No 13th salary but there will be a bonus based on performance
Standard office hours but some flexibility as they support clients in Australia and Canada so there will be a requirement for some non standard hours in the future - to be discussed further at interview
