The group is one of Europe’s leading financial institutions specialising in Forex/CFDs trading.
They are currently opening into new markets and are looking to hire an experienced Head of Customer Support to lead their Customer Support Departments globally.
Creating a clear customer support strategy to support the Company’s short, medium and long-term growth and objectives.
Supervising and managing the Customer Support team in all officess.
Anticipating and evaluating risks in the Customer Support department.
Developing, implementing, maintaining and enforcing departmental policies and procedures.
Facilitating a smooth communication flow between Customer Support and all other departments.
Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delays.
Ensure that Customer Support teams provide high quality service to the clients
Proven experience as a Head of Customer Support in the financial industry .
Business fluency in English - any other languages will be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques .
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools .
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications .
Ability to think strategically and to lead .
Strong client-facing and communication skills .
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
