The group is one of Europe’s leading financial institutions specialising in Forex/CFDs trading.
They are currently opening into new markets and are looking to hire an experienced Head of Bank Office to lead our Back Office Department Globally.
Collaborate with Senior Management to draft the Company’s vision and mission for the Back Office Department.
Overview the operations, policies and procedures for the Back Office Department.
Provide an analysis on constant basis (department activity, payment systems activity, suspicious activity, KYC, AML procedures, risks) .
Team leading (monitoring, tests, appraisals, training etc.)
Global view of department mission.
Supervise and manage the Back Office teams in all offices.
Facilitate smooth communication flow between Back Office and all other departments;
Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delays.
Reports (Financial, operational etc.) / Presentations (departmental activity).
Analysis on constant basis (department activity, payment systems activity, suspicious activity, KYC, AML procedures, risks).
Back office multitasks (transfers processing, correspondence with clients & partners, colleagues etc).
Monitoring & Approval of correct workflow (deposit/withdrawal process in internal systems)
Reconciliations of all PSPs
Report Directly to the Senior Management.
Proven experience as a Head of Back Office in the financial industry.
Business fluency in English (both written and verbal) .
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques .
Working knowledge of Back Office software, databases and tools .
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications .
Ability to think strategically and to lead .
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
