Our client is an international company and the world’s largest supplier of made to order oil paintings and they are looking for e-Commerce Manager to manage their Cyprus team based in Larnaca.
Manage the entire operation and day to day management of the company
Lead a small but growing team of Customer Service Representatives and IT department
Oversee the expansion plans of the company over the next 18 months
Research and contract new vendors
Hire new employees as required to ensure the strategic growth plan of the company as it moves into new territories.
Oversee the development and management of large B2C sites
Previous experience in the oil painting/ art painting industry
+5 years in the development and management of large B2C ecommerce sites which serve many thousands of visitors a day and hundreds of clients.
Willing and flexible to work beyond business hours as required to ensure the success of the business and ensure the complete satisfaction of our many customers
Ability to lead by example based on work ethic and commitment
Previous e-commerce/ IT management experience ideally having previously worked on large complex websites
Understanding of the level of customer service and the product quality which is expected by American clients which is the core market of the business
English at a native level
Salary up to 3,000 EUR gross based on previous experience
