Job Description

GRS are working closely with an international Fintech company based in Central Limassol we are looking to recruit a confident and organised Customer Service Support Executive to join this growing enterprise.  Our client is focused on providing the best solutions to its users on a global scale. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in either the forex or fintech industry

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support and assistance to customer’s requests and queries via live chat, telephone and email
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services, based on customer feedback
  • Assisting in training and troubleshooting for clients
  • Achieve expert understanding of the Company's solutions
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints by investigating problems, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives preparing reports within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions
  • Participate in Customer Care shift schedules as necessary
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Educated to degree or the equivalent , preferably in relevant field 
  • B2B working experience in the relevant field 
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Experience with trading software/investment platforms/applications, understanding of financial markets and products
  • Professional command of the English language 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethics and self – motivator with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Understanding of liquidity, risk management, asset management is a plus
