Our client a Cysec regulated Forex Broker based in Paphos are currently recruiting for an experienced Conversion Manager to head up the Conversion Department
The Conversion Manager will have responsibility for the sales management, coaching, mentoring and overall performance of the conversion sales team. The successful candidate will be creative, conduct motivational team talks, one on one sessions and provide management and team with feedback on the team and department performance.
A natural motivator, you will understand what it takes to drive a team to succeed. From conducting regular effective performance reviews to daily team incentive initiative.
Working with the management team, planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the conversion department to achieve and hit sales targets.
Lead, develop and motivate your team to provide exceptional service to potential clients.
Coaching and mentoring the team to develop selling, negotiation, communication, closing and persuasion skills.
Set individual sales targets with the team.
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team, providing support to develop skills to ensure high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets are met.
Responsible for MI, daily, weekly and monthly reports for each team member and the department as a whole.
Ensure that staffing levels and rotas are managed efficiently and effectively in order to optimize use of resources to achieve performance targets.
Performs all other duties deemed necessary to enable the department to meet its goals, including flexibility with work schedule and making/taking calls as and when required.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in sales management within the Forex industry.
Proven experience of outstanding leadership, driving a team to deliver exceptional performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English Language)
Additional languages desired, Spanish / German
Computer literate Microsoft Office [Word/Excel] CRM experience
Experience of managing budgets and P & L
Passionate about sales and desire to succeed

The business operates Monday - Sunday [5 days out of 7] therefore weekend working on a rotational basis with the Sales Manager.
Hours: Initial shift pattern 11:00 - 20:00 [9 hour shift, 1 hour lunch break]
