Job Description

Our client is a professional and well-established Forex Trading Company and they are looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of Italian speaking Retention officer for their office in Larnaca. There are opportunities to grow into a Retention role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, satisfaction and loyalty.  Providing clients with up-to-date market trends and pricing information.


Promote the Company's products and services

Managing on-going private client relationships

Conduct business development

Provide training to clients on the use of the Company's trading and payment platforms 

Help maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation

Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and the factors that influence them

Have a good grasp of technical and fundamental analysis


University degrees in Finance or Economics related subjects will be considered an advantage 

Fluency in English language both oral communication and written 

Fluency in Italian

Good Knowledge of online trading platforms (MT4) or other FX/CFD trading platforms and back office systems

Previous experience in a retention role is a must

Industry experience will be considered an advantage

Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint

Proven track record of success in sales and business development

Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Must be efficient and organised

Excellent telesales skills

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals

Dynamic, innovative and target driven

Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results and motivate/ manage others in a fast paced & dynamic environment

Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business

Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment 

EU-citizen / work permit is a must

The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm

Salary of around 1,800 Euros gross x 13 salaries
