Job Description

On behalf of our client, an International firm that operates in the energy and petroleum sector, we are currently seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the CEO for their offices in Limassol. The successful candidate must have previous PA experience and will be a native speaker of the Russian language.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the decisions and instructions of management and the Chief Executive Officer are adhered to at all times
  • To handle sensitive and/or confidential information and/or documentation with appropriate discretion and regard for the physical security of associated paperwork and electronic files
  • Effectively organise meetings and events
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, taxis and other company travel requirements
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports that meet the company’s information requirements, as requested by management and the Chief Executive Officer
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, spread sheets, briefing papers and presentations for meetings/conferences
  • Provide a high quality, confidential and wide-ranging PA support service to consistently meet the specified needs and expectations of the Chief Executive Officer and Management team
  • Efficient management of CEO diary in arrangement of meetings both internal and external
  • General office administration duties to include, but not limited to, filing, scanning, data entry and sending and receiving of faxes
  • Screening telephone, email and paper communications, and prioritising, responding, redirecting or referring as appropriate
  • Provide administration and arrange for any maintenance/repair of Company Properties in Cyprus
  • Identifying improvements to secretarial processes and IT software requirements in order to enhance the level of service provided

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Russian & English are essential
  • 3+ years of previous experience supporting top management is essential
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Prepared to work out of core hours when required
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to properly use, maintain and take care of work related materials and equipment
