Salary range: 25.000-32.000 Euros gross annually
Annual Bonus: 1 month salary

HR Operations & Payroll Specialist
Manage Payroll process for CY Companies
Manage new hiring process (employee paperwork, employee file data input in payroll system etc.).
Manage leave process and exit formalities of leaving employees
Manage new employees on boarding processes
Manage new expat employee on boarding process such as immigration services (application, documentation, appointment to immigration department etc.)
Support expat employees in relocation process including bank account process, enrolment to social insurance, tax and Gesy registration, etc.)
Maintain and continuous update Human Resource Information System records
Review and update employment contracts and agreements
Manage leave request system
Stay up-to-date on state and federal payroll, tax and employment laws
Develop & coordinate employees induction process
Administer bonus calculations
Continuous update and review of company 's policies and procedures
Review and update Employee Handbook when needed
Review, update and develop new benefit plans for employees Handle all relevant admin process regarding benefits
Ensure that employees requests are managed in an accurate and timely way
Manage employee relations issues
Support in the preparation of annual budget
Monthly reports preparation and ad hoc reports as requested
Solid relevant experience
BA/BSc degree in Business Administration of relevant field. Master's degree in HRM will be a plus.
Excellent English both oral and written
Proficiency in MS. Office and payroll applications
Strong communication and organizing skills
Attention to detail
