Our team is currently expanding, and we are currently looking to hire an exceptional and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for a group of companies to join us in our Limassol offices. The successful candidate should be creative, fluent in English, being passionate with the social media, has an extensive network, knowing how to identify high caliber talents and having at least 2 years’ experience in the forex industry.

Required Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop, updated and publish job descriptions and specifications
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes as per role requirement
  • Daily communication with candidates over the phone and scheduling interviews
  • Identify best candidates for each required role through various sources
  • Source and recruit potential candidates through headhunting and online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Lead company’s branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Being in contact with HRs of the group to update for the job recruiting process
  • Providing daily reports regarding the candidates, traffic and cost per hire, etc.
Other Requirements

Requirement

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter into a forex company at least two year is a must
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Fluent English is a must
  • To be out an of the box and creative thinker
  • Excellent knowledge of social media
  • Marketing background will be considered an advantage
  • A knowledge of Photoshop or other image editing software will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Has an extensive network (eg Linkedin, social media)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
