Duties:
Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails and phone.
Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal German, French and English skills
Analytical skills
Ability to work in multitasking environment
