Job Description

Assistant to Enterprise Manager: 

To provide assistance to the Enterprise Manager in a fast-growing, internationally focused, and UK – based Fin Tech company; Cyprus is its small back office support.  Supports the Enterprise Manager through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

Required Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct emails/calls from/to clients
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments on behalf of the Enterprise Manager
  • Maintain clients’ contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms relating to the Enterprise product range
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for clients (Training will be provided)
  • Coordinate and provide general support to clients (training will be provided)
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Ny other business on request
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Take accurate minutes of client meetings (when required)
  • Provide assistance to other staff members as required, operating in a small group, all members need to help each other out
Other Requirements

Requirements:

·       Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, MS Teams conference calls in English language (other foreign languages will be highly desirable) ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a very timely manner.

  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while providing attention to detail)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Requires good interpersonal skills operate in a close, but small workgroup
