Job Description

Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire a Payments & Fraud Officer. 

Responsibilities:

Daily assistance in process of the payments to make sure money are captured or withdraw accordingly  

Choosing the best solution to deposit client based on country, risk and limits

Whitelisting clients

Promoting solutions based on priorities, approval rates

Implementing solutions optimized usage 

Analyze payment transactions, chargebacks and verifications to provide management with insightful findings  

Produce weekly, monthly and ad-hoc Reporting

Handle Chargeback and Fraud transactions 

Assist the Back Office, Compliance and Sales teams with inquiries regarding KYC and PSPs 

Problem-solving and giving solutions on time

Verify KYC documents 

Liaise with compliance department in relation to KYC and AML requests 

Cooperating and updating sales team with the status of their customers' accounts/requests

Assist in any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Electronic Verification analysis and performance 

Perform Quality Control Checks 

Continuous Process Improvement and sharing best practices. 

Requirements:

Ability to work out of the regular office hours and/or shifts  

At least 1-year experience in the role in FX or online gaming or similar is a must

Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint 

Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts with ease

Planning and organizational skills

Experience working with PSPs and clients' payment solutions 

Experience in disputes and fraud handling will be considered an advantage 

Communication skills are essential

Strong character with the ability to work in a fast pacing and demanding environment 

Extremely detail-oriented, organized and multi-tasking

Able to work in an independent way, while at the same time to be a strong collaborator, connecting with colleagues and sharing ideas to improve effective teamwork

Working schedule: Monday to Friday, shift rotation (08 AM - 04 PM & 02 PM - 10 PM). Also, once a month Sunday standby (4 hours work) which Is renumerated double.
