Job Description

Tasks:

  • responsible for the complete customer support for multiple products with mostly german customers
    • help customers with all sorts of issues (technical issues, product related questions, withdrawals, cancelations, etc.)
  • help our team with different organizational tasks
    • write reports
    • communicate with service providers
    • organize meetings or other internal events
    • etc.

Required Qualifications

 Required qualifications

  • german speaking (at least C1 level)
  • a lot of experience working on the computer
