Our client, an international Fintech Digital Payment Solutions Company providing digital financial services to both corporate and individuals globally, is looking to hire a Business Development/Sales Manager to join their electronic money payment services team based at their offices in Limassol.
The primary responsibilities will include:
Identifies new markets and sales opportunities;
Contacts potential clients to establish rapport;
Aims to grow the clients' portfolio;
Arranges and attends client meetings;
Develops quotes and creates appealing client proposals;
Coordinates digital marketing;
Plans and prepares presentations about the Company's products and services;
Researches, plans and oversees new market initiatives and improves sales in order to maximize the business' impact;
Helps to develop strategic sales plans and sales forecasting reports;
Gathers and analyses data trends and clients' performance reports;
Develops market analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends;
Attends related industry events.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Relevant University Degree
At least 2 years' sales experience
Good understanding of electronic payments
Team player who can inspire
Able to work under pressure sometimes and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
Dynamic individual able to take initiatives and demonstrate commitment.
The working hours for the position will be from Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with one hour for lunch
The company is offering a salary of between 2500 - 3000 Euros gross per month x 13 salaries based on experience.
