Job Description

Our client is a professional and well-established Forex Trading Company looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Nicosia. The working hours are shift hours.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest possible level of customer service    

Providing excellent customer service to clients  

Handling client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided  

Support through email, live chat and telephone to all clients globally  

Answering e-mails , assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts  

Maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments  

Impeccable telephone etiquette and management  

General administrative tasks  

Escalating issues, which are not in the regular cycle of the activity

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Spanish at a native level and fluent in English

Holder of a University Degree in Finance, Mathematics or in a related field

Any other language skills will be considered an advantage   

Excellent verbal and written communication skills   

Previous customer service experience   

Resourceful and able to quickly find and locate policies and procedures to deliver correct information in a timely manner   

Collaborates by sharing best practices with peers and team   

Helping attitude   

Excellent time management skills

The working hours are shift work on a rotational basis, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 and/or 13:00-22:00 (one hour break), weekly rotation, and working on Public Holidays (additional remuneration)
