Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Corporate Services Provider located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Russian Speaking Corporate Administrator;
Responsible for handling the registration of companies: formation, corporate affairs
Organizing and setting up procedures for the manner in which all correspondence of the department should be handled
Liaising with external lawyers and auditors
Maintaining and keeping up to date all the Secretarial Files of the Cyprus based entities of the Group
Ensuring that all the necessary changes needed to be made in the Registrar of Companies are done on time and all Certificates are updated.
5 - 6 years of experience in Corporate department
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian, Greek & English
Good knowledge of Cyprus Registrar of Companies forms and procedures
Knowledge of opening bank accounts
Able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues
Good organizational and time management skills
Strictly professional and hard working
Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 18.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 15.00pm
