Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated Forex organization, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator in Limassol;
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Answer telephones and handle in an appropriate manner
Assist with the daily administration activities
Arranging appointments and maintaining calendar in an accurate and timely manner
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment to ensure smooth operation of the office
Responsible for filing systems
Liaise with collaborators
Manage travelling arrangements when needed
Handling general correspondence
University Degree in Business Administration or Relevant
1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (spoken & written)
