Job Description

Advance Career on behalf of our Client, a well- established firm based in Limassol is looking for a Russian speaking Office Administrator;

Responsibilities:

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Managing agendas for upper management

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Perform translations when necessary from Russian to English and vice versa

Ability to organize events for companies activities when necessary

Required Qualifications

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a similar position;

Eligible to work in Cyprus

University level education in office administration or relevant field

Fluency in Russian and English is a must. Greek will be considered an advantage

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
