Job Description

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client an International organization is seeking to recruit dynamic Office Administrator/Receptionist;
 
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet for visitors
Answering office phone
Ordering office supplies
Dealing with company suppliers
Collecting employee documents and maintaining files
Handling petty cash
Collecting and preparing Company receipts and invoices
Preparation of documents and emails
Adhoc administrative duties as required by CEO

Required Qualifications

Qualifications required:

Diploma in Secretarial Studies or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Greek
Excellent computer skills an additional language will be considered an advantage.
Reliable, dependable, someone that takes initiative and multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
