We are seeking a confident and outgoing candidate to join a growing international office based in Limassol as a Customer Services Team Leader. The company has presence international in the Online gaming industry and we are recruiting due to a recent growth within the brand. We are looking for a candidate that can build and develop an existing team and liaise closely with management on any internal solutions.
§ Supervision of the Customer Support team.
§ Responsible for daily activity, retention and conversion optimization
§ Handling 24/7 shifts schedule
§ Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
§ Supervision and QA of customer support agents
§ Keeping the management team informed of accomplishments and ongoing issues
§ Training of customer support agents
§ Activities coordination with the VIP department
§ Follow up on technical issue and handling customer complaints in an efficient manner.
Skills and Qualifications required:
§ Experience or exposure to the online gaming industry.
§ Proficient and deep understanding in top Customer Service.
§ Demonstrated ability of team management.
§ Showcase good leadership skills to support team members
§ Excellent communion skills relating to both staff members and customers
§ High level interpersonal skills to create cordial relationships within the team.
