Job Description

Our expanding company CityCell Communications Ltd. now looking to hire experienced team players to join the growing team. The company offers a good working environment and a competitive salary.

Now we are hiring(full time):

Sales project manager (1 person)

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Develop  product management documentation, including product concept proposals, formal product requirement specification for each release, launch plans, product collateral, sales training material and leadership on strategic opportunities.

·         Build and maintain prioritized feature lists from requests from sales, internal findings, existing product analysis and industry trends.

·         Participate in formal product development processes by working with the sales team and provides guidance on product related topics.

·         Provide training on all product range to the sales team.

·         Support financial requirements of product management including pricing, budgets and forecasting.

·         Monitor and evaluate the market situation in terms of competition.

·         Cooperate with the General Manager Sales to establish relationship with sales to position and sell

·         Communication with general manager for marketing related issues and for the authorization/approval of marketing campaigns.

Key Skills/Experience:  

·         At least 2 years’ previous working experience in a sales management position.

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·         Team player and ability to work under pressure

·         Computer literacy.

·         Fluent in English and Greek  (Russian will be considered as advantage).

Sales Representative  (2 persons)

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Promotion of the Company Products to prospective clients.

·         Targeting prospective corporate clients assigned by the relevant sales project manager, as well as through research and personal contacts.

Key Skills/Experience:  

·         Direct sales experience.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills.

·         Strong selling and customer support skills.

·         Team player and ability to work under pressure.

·         Computer literacy.

·         Fluent in English and Greek or  Russian (other languages will be considered as advantage).

IT support administrator (1 person)

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Provide technical support for customers.

·         Handling and resolving customer complaints.

·         Help technician with wifi installations (MikroTik and UBNT operating systems).

Key Skills/Experience:  

·         At least 2 years in IT.

·         Excellent computer knowledge.

·         Must speak English and Greek languages (Russian will be a big advantage).

·         Experience in MikroTik and/or UBNT operating systems.

·         Able to work effectively individually or as part of a small team

·         Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.

Office administrator  (1 person)

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Organize daily office job.

·         Answer phones in polite and professional manner.

·         Assist clients with general inquiries.

·         Record and follow up clients’ complaints.

·         Assist manager with daily tasks.

Key Skills/Experience:  

·         Very good communication and time management skills.

·         Computer literacy.

·         Fluent in English, Greek and  Russian is a must (other languages will be considered as advantage).

·         Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.

·         Pleasant and polite personality.
