Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding International organisation with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Russian-Speaking Administrator. Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Arranging execution of documents 
  • Communication with internal and external legal departments regarding documents that need to be executed
  • Preparation of internal memo and instruction letters (Russian and English language)
  • Enter payments to via internet banking
  • Control the payment process (collecting all approvals from relevant persons and control on time payments)
  • Any other relevant administrative work assigned by management 

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • 3+ years of relevant administrative experience is essential
  • Total fluency in Russian and English is a must (Written & Spoken)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good team player
