Job Description

A call center that serves one of the leading global forex company and is located in Limassol (Cyprus/Europe) is seeking for native Arabic speakers for Senior Account Manager Positions.

Full-time job: Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing contacts by email and phone with existing clients of the company.
  • Working on various systems of the company.
  • Communicating with clients through phone and emails.
  • Answering queries from potential Clients regarding the relevant markets the Company operates in, its services and its platform.
Required Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Native Arabic Speaker - Must 
  • Nationality: Israel (preferable)
  • Target oriented 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment 
  • Previous sales or retention experiences - big plus
  • Financial background - advantage
  • The position offered involves residence in Cyprus
  • An attractive relocation package will be offered to the selected candidates
