Our client is a well-established CYSEC regulated Fiduciary Services Firm with offices based in the heart of Nicosia.
On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit for the position of a Receptionist / secretary.
Handle all incoming phone calls
Deal with incoming correspondence i.e. faxes, front desk emails and post
Deal with documents management such as with filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Greeting clients and other visitors and referring them to the relevant departments
Liaise with messenger companies for the collection and distribution of documents
Provide general administrative support to all the departments of the company
Minimum 2 years of reception experience
Diploma in Secretarial Studies an advantage
Excellent telephone manner
Well presented individual
Professional Level English Language Skills and Very good Greek
Computer literate with MS Office Applications
Well organized with excellent communicating skills
Able to work full time without any restrictions
