Job Description

Our client, a Cysec Regulated Online Trading Broker located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Back Office Manager to be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Back Office operation.


-Back office management, ensuring smooth operation

-Directly involved with the day to day management of all processes and procedures relating to documentation, KYC, deposits & withdrawals

-Back office team training and performance management

-To closely work with the finance and customer support departments to enhance the Back Office operation

-Maintaining internal systems and processes and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies

-To effectively handle all client issues relating to the Back Office operation

-To report and analyse Back Office activity and propose changes as and when needed

-To oversee and control client activity ensuring compliance with company procedures

-To ensure that internal service standards regarding deposit and withdrawal timelines are achieved

-To reduce or eliminate error margin for all deposits & withdrawals


-Degree, in Economics, Finance or other related filed

-At least 4 years' experience in a financial organization in a supervisory/management role

-In depth knowledge of a Back Office operation 

-Compliance and regulatory knowledge in an EU regulated environment

-Excellent people management skills

-Excellent Business Writing skills 

-Analytical skills

-Time management skills

-Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Special Requirements:

-The normal working hours are: 09:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday, but being a role of trust it may include working overtime/weekends as part of the job

-On call as and when required
